1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how TrendMeIn (https://trendmein.com) collects, uses, and protects your information. TrendMeIn, operated by an individual developer ("we", "us"), is the website covered by this policy. Questions: support@trendmein.com.

2. The Short Version

• We use your uploads only to create the result you asked for.
• Uploaded photos and generated videos are deleted automatically after 30 days.
• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use your photos or results to train AI models.
• Payments are handled by a secure third-party payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.

3. Information We Collect

• Account: your email address and name. If Google or GitHub sign-in is enabled and you choose it, we also receive the profile picture provided by that service.
• Uploads: the selfies, other authorized adult photos, or pet photos you upload to create a video.
• Generation data: the template you choose, the instructions and settings sent for generation, the generated video, task status, and technical metadata.
• Purchases: the credit pack you bought, the date, amount, currency, payment status, payment processor transaction identifiers, and credit records. Card details stay with the payment processor.
• Usage and device data: pages visited, features used, device and browser type, IP address, security signals, logs, and error data. Our hosting provider processes network and hosting data. Google Analytics collects statistical usage data only when it is configured and permitted by the applicable consent controls.
• Support messages: what you send to support, including your account email and any task or receipt identifiers you include.

4. How We Use Information

We use this information to run your account and credits, create the videos you request, process payments and refunds, prevent fraud and abuse, answer support requests, diagnose failures, comply with legal obligations, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

5. Photos and Likeness

Upload only photos of yourself, your pet, or adults who have agreed. Do not upload photos of minors or public figures. We do not use photos to identify anyone and we do not build face databases. Uploads may be checked automatically for prohibited content before processing.

6. Service Providers

We share information only with providers that help us run TrendMeIn, and only as needed:

• AI service providers: receive the uploads, reference video, and generation instructions needed to create your video under their own terms.
• Payment processor: processes payments, refunds, and fraud checks.
• Hosting provider: provides network and hosting, database services, and file storage.
• Google and GitHub: provide optional OAuth sign-in when those choices are enabled and you select one of them.
• Email service provider: sends account or support-related email when the corresponding email service is configured.
• Google Analytics: provides site-usage statistics only when a Measurement ID is configured and the applicable consent controls permit it.

These providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. We may also disclose information when required by law.

7. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and browser storage needed to run the site, such as keeping you signed in, remembering your language and security preferences, and recording cookie consent. When Google Analytics is enabled, we use it for statistics only, not for advertising. Where the cookie banner is enabled, Google Analytics starts in Consent Mode and analytics storage remains denied until you accept. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

8. How Long We Keep Data

• Uploaded photos and files: deleted automatically 30 days after upload.
• Generated videos: deleted automatically 30 days after creation, so please download anything you want to keep. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
• Account and credit records: kept while your account exists.
• Purchase records: kept as long as tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal rules require, even after account deletion.
• Support emails: kept as long as needed to handle your request and maintain an appropriate record.

9. Deleting Your Data and Your Rights

You can ask us to delete your uploads, generated videos, or account, or request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data, by emailing support@trendmein.com from your account email. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, export data, or complain to your local data protection authority. Some purchase and security records must be retained where the law requires it.

10. Children

TrendMeIn is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Security

We use encrypted connections, private storage, access controls, and restricted provider credentials. No online service is completely secure.

12. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will let account holders know by email or on the site. Contact: support@trendmein.com.
