Terms of Service

1. Agreement and Who We Are

These Terms apply when you use TrendMeIn at https://trendmein.com. TrendMeIn, operated by an individual developer ("we", "us"), provides the service. By using the site or buying credits, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

TrendMeIn is an online tool that turns authorized selfies and other photos into short AI videos using ready-made trend templates. Most templates produce a vertical 9:16 video, although a template may clearly show another format. Results are generated by third-party AI service providers. Features, templates, providers, and models may change over time.

3. Independence

TrendMeIn is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any platform, brand, artist, trend subject, or person mentioned on the site.

4. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Give us accurate information and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Credits and Payments

Paid generations use credits sold as one-time packs. See the Pricing page for current prices, pack sizes, and generation costs; the exact credit cost is shown before you start. Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment processor; we do not see or store your card details. Purchased credits do not expire, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred.

If a generation fails, times out, or is refused by our safety checks, its credits return to your balance automatically. Unused credit purchases can be refunded within 14 days; a pack is not refundable once any of its credits have been used. See our Refund Policy.

6. Your Uploads

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to store and process it, and to send it to our AI provider, only to provide the service to you. Uploads are deleted automatically after 30 days. By uploading, you confirm that you own the material or have permission to use it, including the consent of every adult shown.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not use TrendMeIn to:

• create sexual or nude content of anyone, including AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery;
• create any sexual, exploitative, or harmful content involving minors, or upload a minor's photo;
• upload photos of people who have not agreed or of public figures;
• impersonate, harass, defame, exploit, or deceive anyone, or present a generated result as real footage;
• infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• break the law, facilitate fraud, or create hateful, violent, or abusive content;
• bypass safety checks, rate limits, payment controls, or access restrictions; or
• scrape, attack, disrupt, or introduce malware into the service.

We may refuse or remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Credits used on violating content are not refunded. When you share a result, make it clear that it was made with AI and follow the rules of the platform where you post it. If a result uses your likeness without consent or infringes your rights, email support@trendmein.com with the subject "Report", a link or description, and the reason. We review reports within 3 business days.

8. AI-Generated Results

Results are created by AI and can be inaccurate or differ from what you expected. The same input can give different results, and similar results may be produced for other users. Subject to these Terms, the law, and the rights of others, you may use your results for personal use and share them on social media. You may not use them commercially, including in paid advertising, products or merchandise for sale, monetized client work, or work for clients. You are responsible for how you use and share them. Label them as AI-generated where a platform requires it. Results are deleted from our servers automatically 30 days after creation, so download anything you want to keep.

9. Our Service and Content

The site's design, code, branding, text, and service materials belong to TrendMeIn or its licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of the service or third-party materials.

10. Availability and Changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or stop a feature. If we permanently close the service, we will give reasonable notice and refund unused purchased credits.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's place of residence, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live. Before starting any formal claim, please contact us at support@trendmein.com so we can try to resolve the problem.

13. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Deletion is permanent and remaining credits are lost. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the law. Terms that logically survive termination remain effective.

14. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Questions: support@trendmein.com.
